My current academic work brings together research, teaching, and entrepreneurship education. I teach and co-teach in general management, organization, entrepreneurship, business model development, and startup-related formats. In my doctoral research, I focus on sustainability-oriented transformation, circular and regenerative economic systems, strategic decision-making, and business model innovation.

• Designing application-oriented learning formats that connect conceptual frameworks with real-world cases, startup ideas, organizational questions, and business model challenges.
• Supervising and co-supervising bachelor’s and master’s theses in management, organization, technology, sustainability, and business model innovation.
• Developing my academic profile at the intersection of green transition, entrepreneurship education, and techno-economic research.

Working in intralogistics gave me several years of experience in complex socio-technical systems, international customer projects, and cross-functional implementation work. I designed business processes and warehouse control solutions for customers in Europe, Latin America, and China.

• Worked at the interface of customer requirements, software development, engineering, commissioning, and project management.
• Facilitated workshops, translated operational needs into process specifications, and supported acceptance testing.
• Gained practical insight into organizational complexity, implementation processes, and technology adoption in industrial contexts.

Energy Market Analyst

This role introduced me to energy market analysis, regulatory research, and data-based consulting work in Central and South-Eastern European energy markets. It strengthened my analytical perspective on energy systems, market structures, and policy environments.

• Analyzed market data using Excel and R and contributed to wholesale electricity market reports.
• Conducted research on regulatory frameworks and market structures, including the energy market of Kazakhstan.

Lecturer | Junior Researcher

This was my first longer academic teaching and research role. I taught in environmental management, ecotoxicology, laboratory methods, applied research, and environmental analysis. The experience shaped my understanding of higher education teaching, laboratory-based learning, problem-based learning, assessment, and thesis-related student support.
