Academic Profile & Teaching Portfolio
Graz University of Technology
Institute of General Management and Organization
Graz, Austria
I am a Research and Teaching Fellow at Graz University of Technology, where I teach courses in general management, organization, entrepreneurship, and business model development.
My teaching is application-oriented and experiential. I work with case studies, role plays, group puzzles, business model frameworks, market analysis tools, and startup development exercises to help students apply conceptual knowledge to real-world challenges.
My research focuses on business model innovation, circular and regenerative economic systems, and strategic decision-making in sustainability-oriented transformation contexts.
Before returning to academia, I worked in industry and consulting in intralogistics, energy, and automotive-related contexts. These experiences continue to shape my interest in how organizations deal with complexity, technology, implementation, and transformation.
My interdisciplinary background combines industrial engineering, environmental management and ecotoxicology, China studies, international business administration, and psychosocial counseling.
